This is namely addressed to the four fellow SDDKers that I attended high school with. (Dark, Kura, Dusk, and Seraphi.) I'm just curious about where everyone is at right now.
It January Eighth and the year is 2012. It is hard to believe how much has happened in the last year alone.I've moved out of mother's house last June, and haven't had too much struggle supporting myself. I'm in the south side of Jacksonville not ten minutes from the beach. Four days after my fifth anniversary with the love of my life,on September 24th, I became a married man. My wife means more to me than anything ever has. I turned 21 in October, and in spite of the temperance I practiced up until that point where alchohol was concerned - I have enjoyed the touch of alcohol to some minimal degree more days than I have abstained. I have two dogs. I love them more than any man should admit. I work at Publix in the deli, and I'm very displeased with the job so far. I think its natural, and indicative of the human condition to want better for one's self. I'm three courses away from receiving my A.A. but I won't have the funds to do so until next fall. I still intend to major in English, and plan on pursuing my degree at least as far as I need to in order to be able to teach at a post-secondary level.
I write as much as I can and I hate everything I create, but I'm going to keep pushing until stuff that I can be proud of begins to appear.
I could probably talk about myself until I ran out of characters and then some. I won't. I'd rather read about where you guys are.
Last I talked to Dark she had begun pursuing a Nursing degree.
Kura had started at UNF as an English major. He doesn't live far from me.
Dusk was on her own in Palatka(?) with her fiance. I'm not sure if she finished with school or is still in attendance?
I haven't spoken with Seraphi probably since graduation.
