Name: Everett (Formerly Enu)
Age: 23. (I’m going to take a little liberty and move the story five years into the future. I feel that this creates enough of a gap to explain thorough character alteration/ maturation of writing ability.)
Gender: Male
Race: Human.
Description: 6’4” - 210 lbs with the muscular definition of a man prone to frequent physical activity, close quartered combat, and large portioned meals. Short ginger hair sits softly, and oft sweatily, atop his head. A vertical strip of scar knitted sits at the upper rear of his scalp – the product of an ally’s errant axe arm. He remains unadorned of jewelry or other vanity oriented fashions. Everett’s clothing is simple. Olive trousers rolled to his knees, dark brown shirts and shoes – colors that camouflage well in a deep wood.
Weapons: Outside of aggressive territory he no longer carries a sword. Knives of varying shapes and purposes always accompany his person and lurk in his bag however.
Personality: I will not make comment in the way of stoicism, trust, or the like. He has had a history of acting aggressive, brash, and murderous – too he’s been affectionate, kind-hearted, and caring. Everett is intuitive. He is reactive, and like any other human his actions and words don’t necessarily reveal the truth of his intents or purposes.
History: Those that know Enu already probably know his history as far as Soersk is concerned. Though it is unlikely that anyone paid much attention to the history he had prior to this land. It is not important to his character. The events of his early story were those of a typical refugee, running from a war torn land and murderous siblings. They were also typical of an individual that had achieved inhuman power. He had a lot of angst. He killed, and murdered, and partook in war. He encountered punishment and later pardon. He made friends but their presences were fleeting – and his expression was typically one of hate.
He was 15 when much of this happened. And his story picked up briefly while he was 17.
He has since come to some semblance of maturity and avoids needless conflict. In war time he found that he liked to help. He fought always on the side of Dusk and her companions and with the idea of a positive benefit to the land in mind.
It was Enu’s body that acted as the vessel that carried the Neve demon Soh into the heart of the continent. And it was Soh’s rise to kingship that led to the ravaged land, and the corpses of Everett’s companions.
For the first few years Enu remained obscure and angry in pockets of rebellious southern and eastern lands. Corpses get buried though, and Soh’s leadership has allowed was the only thing he could see that allowed for the continued survival of the land’s inhabits in the unbelievable devastating series of seasons choking the land.
He has no illusions of a necessity to end the tyrant, but he also sees little options of an effective method. To remain obscure he chose the name of Everett and has been noticeably inactive in regions controlled by Soh’s troops.
Other: When Soh exited Enu’s body it left his abilities severely reduced. He is still extremely resilient, but he possesses only ordinary strength, and no longer rapidly heals. Everett is much more mortal than he is used to.
