Name: Dusk
Age: Unavalible for immediate disclosure
Species: Enchantress
Description: Dusk is the bearor of brilliant, undescribable blue eyes, a pale complexion and soft features. Her face is more oval than square, and although this makes her seem soft at first glance, the amount of dignity and poise she expresses in certain situations makes her seem just as diplomatic as kind.
She has the air of Thought about her. However, just because she seems to fit a leader, does not mean that she is always seen as uptight. Around friends in calm situations, she's often seen shoulders slouched, joking and giggling over the most random of things. She loves, loves, loves to be around people.
As far as clothing goes, she wears rather simple black cargo pants with multiple pockets and a few holes in the fabric at the bottom, showing their wear, as she did alot of travelling in her time. However, recently she has begun embroidering some rather strange symbols onto her shirt--things that would be seen on a classic lumiere some time ago, only, with thinned sleeves. Her clothes allow for maximum flexibility with maximum comfort and utility. She does not like to stand in ceremony, and is rarely--if ever--seen in a dress.
She stands maybe about 5'6'', and there are two things that, no matter the situation, she is never seen without.
These would be, her backpack, and her hat.
Within her backpack, she has enough room for many things, and keeps them, in reference to her hobo days--she'd rather carry something and not need it, than need it and not carry it. Thusforth, her inventory includes:
In the main pocket:
Amoung Side Pockets:
As Keychains
Weapons (optional): Her spoon-shaped broom has a rune which upon being activated, reveals a concealed blade, which shows to resemble a rather large blade that appears to resemble a mixture of a halibut and a spear. In times of war, she may also carry a sword, although it is not her best weapon. (It also has the ability to minimize to about the size of a pencil, making it very easy to carry)
She keeps tied to her belt three assorted powders. In order from least to greatest strength: Light(Lumin in the old launguage), Bursting(Eminot in the old launguage), and Blight.(Illumina in the old launguage.)
Light is very luminance based, and although it might not dangerously affect things that are not shadow-based, it is also useful for blinding opponents.
Bursting, as the name implies, is explosive. It expands rapidly upon meeting an enemy's skin, the equivelent of being hit with a small grenade or having hundred of sand-sized peices of shrapnal exploding into your skin.
Blight, is both light and explosion based. It's higher caliber than both Light and bursting, but also harder to control, because the particles are thinner. (Light and Bursting have roughly the consistanty of sand. Blight is like throwing salt. It takes a great amountof practice and skill to be able to get these substances to hit your opponent, especially if they are at any kind of a distance. It's well worth it though.)
The knife she keeps on her could also be considered a weapon. As could her plethora of memorized spells. (many of which require preparation. this makes those herbs of hers, and charcoal pencils and ink and paint well worth keeping with her. --There are also spoken spells, which she is more likely to use in battle if she *doesn't* have something to spare.
Mostly, she uses magic as a last resort, when her powders, and her weapons and all other such things fail.)
Her forms could also be considered weapons, if you think about it. Although falcon is mainly for transport, it can be used to claw at someone's eyes. -Although cat is mainly for stealth, it can be quite vile when attatched to one's face..
Alongside this she has falcon; a medium sized bird that can fly at incredible speeds and has exceptionally sharp talons.. Thie one is used mainly for travel and sometimes just for flight, for although Dragon can fly, the falcon form is less noticable in the air.
--Dragon.. Well, this one's pretty vile to be in a battle with. I wouldn't suggest confronting it, as magic is it's base.. A breath converts into a bullet-like force(with some effort), flames of mohagony hues eat at the flesh, vemon as poisonous as a snake's and as erosive as acid coat her mouth.. claws as great as swords and a jawstructure built for greater strength than a tigers.. Agile and difficult to hit---Let's just say, it's a very hard form to beat.
Items they have: Inventory+Weapons
Personaility: Dusk is an outgoing person.
In a leader's stance, she is a smart, logic-minded person; she rarely runs into something without thinking it through-- on strategy alone, she's won many battles--because, she's found, that sometimes, her enemies are really, really stupid. The comppetition's gone down since the First War. However, although it's always possible to walk away from a battle woundless, to repair herself because it would be easier; she rarely does, for the reason of humanity. Afterall, some great amount of time into the past, her and her sort--the Enchants, were prosecuted. Although she is one of the few whom literally can't be killed entirely, this does not stop her from hiding her identity. Unlike the habits of Sybrant whom is content to keep with her histories and times, and Seth, whom's job it is not to live--but to bring death; she wants to be around people. For this reason; others must accept her as one of them--for this reason, she does not use her powers, unless she literally nas no choice. In some situations, she'd rather let her from die and recreate it later before allowing her cover to be blown.
On a friend to friend basis, Dusk is caring and ougoing. Another defining quality is loyalty--she's not the type to do any betraying. If you betray her without reason--that's a different story. She'll fight you with the ferocity of someone who doesn't understand, until there is an answer, or until the more deserving is the only one left standing. Betrayal is something she cannot take willingly; it is an offense to her pride as well as her heart.
She would risk limb and life for someone she loved, best friends and the lot. Odds are defied. To hurt someone she cares for is to hurt her. And she will, fight you.
On another hand, when there really is nothing going on, Dusk is lax--almost lazy! She enjoys eating snack food when she can afford it(before the war and her newly exalted status, she and Davaki were hobos of sorts, you know) vegging out to old music she has kept from Ephora, or just hanging out with friends under the moonlight. It's all good. In humble situations, she's all about having fun, and not worrying about what's going on with the higher-ups.
She also learned how to cook some very, very strange meals. I would not reccomend eating at their house during the winter, as limited food supplies have caused her to learn some very..erm.. interesting recepies.
History: [forward note: I will not be explaining the entire history of Dusk here. That would take far too long. I'd be rotting in my grave a still typing. You'd be reading until your eyes bled. You know I could pull it off, too. I'm cool that way. But for the sake of my sanity, and yours, I'll paraphrase this part of the profile. You can have your history lesson later.]
Important Paraphrased Notes:
Now, jump to the future, closer to the present.
Other (optional): One of her abilities is to shapeshift. While she can morph into whatever she desires, it's very, very, very uncommon.

Important Paraphrased Notes:
- Dusk was not precisely born. Being an Enchantress, she is NOT a technically living thing. She is the essence of concept with no actual form; That takes on forms by the method of creation, which is one of the more stunning abilities of the Enchant species. She is also one of the 'Original' Concepts, which means that the moment of her conception cannot be traced, since it was either before or *at* the moment that time began. I will not be telling you what concept Dusk embodies. That's for you to figure out. (:
- Dusk, along with Sybrant and Seth made up the original bit of Lumini group at a time that was refered to as the Shadow Ages. After aquiring a child named Destitution that was dubbed her squire, the movement began to pick of pace. They were involved in the deaths of many nobles; and were bent on overturning the demonic empire.
As the movement picked up popularity amoung the peasant and slave population(which outnumbered the demon empire, but was undergunned.) it became a formidable threat; but was surpressable until the Lumini discovered a new element which became their weapon of choice. - Light-- the proposed element, was very useful, in that it was the equivelent of acid to the demons. Near the end of the war, two celestial bodies--you may know them as the sun and moon--were risen into the sky. The only particular note on this is that it is held up by seven essences(that manifests in the spirits of the worthy) that roam the Earth at once. They are known as Lights, and are seeked by what is left of the demonic Empire(they only attack on New moons, when the sky is empty and the lands are dark) highly, as although the essence passes on between ages, as long as it isn't in a body, there are more new moons. It is rumoured that to kill all of them at once, you black out both celestial bodies.
- A larger rumour--a prediction, rather; is that a form called the Elementalist, One who Speaks to the Elements, will arise to end this war, eventually. It has been rather elusive, but this foretelling cannot be credited nor disproven.
- A few hundred years after the world begins to settle under the sun and moon and become at peace, there is a prosecution of Enchants. Many of the weaker ones are killed off; and those that were once open with their identities(they were once held in great, great regard. Greater than Kings and such.) went into hiding. It is in this way that the Enchantress species is lost to time; not extinct or dead; but because this took place before written records were kept, they simply faded under the ingnorant eye of the world.
Now, jump to the future, closer to the present.
- Dusk reverts her human form and 'grows up' with Davaki, whom is a Light, but just as Enchantresses had faded out of the eye of knowing--Lights had too. being that they were in Ephora, and dangerously close to the Empire's current thone, Dusk looks after this psymiri human girl for the first thirteen years of her life.
- At the age of thirteen, Dusk and Davaki head into a convienience store afterschool. Davaki is killed by a man who was holding up the store's owner with a gun.
- Dusk brings her back to life three days later, using a particular spell that is used for haldoran revivals. Some kind of slip in the system turns Davaki into a panther as well, but without time to protest, they take off.
- Along the way, Davaki learns a little bit about her heritage. A New moon with no time to prepare, the demons hone in on them effortlessly.
- Months later, Davaki and Dusk make it to Ephora.
- They live as hobos of sorts in an abandoned cabin deep in the woods, able to live mostly off the land for a good two years.
- Otherwise, the current history can be found in the RP.
Other (optional): One of her abilities is to shapeshift. While she can morph into whatever she desires, it's very, very, very uncommon.
