Personality: A lot has changed in the five years since one has known Chaos. While she is still a happy go lucky kind of girl, she seems to have toned down quite a bit. This could be because of living with Dark that happiness isn’t quite appreciated. Her mood often consists of trying to look at the positive side, but every now and then she will acknowledge the negative as well. She is loyal to her friends to the point where she will risk her life if she has to in order to defend them…including Dark. Chaos stills has her love for candy which she will keep on her person at all times. When she was bitten before the five years past, darks thoughts had entered her mind. Now those five years past, her mind is still haunted by them despite being cured. As mentioned before, she will have acknowledged the negative which shows her doubts and dark humor. Her feelings toward seeing blood excites her a bit now and gives her a kind of thrill to see more.
History: Chaos has had the child hood where one could practically be happy in. She lived in a village with her parents and a brother who is four years older than she. Her cheerful attitude often gains her acceptance with the village children despite her red eyes that seemed to look into your soul. However, her father died when she was very young to a fight with a drunken man. Despite this, Chaos lived her life quite nicely and her mother became very protective over her and her brother. It was when she was six years old that everything changed her life drastically.
The field she stood in was covered in beautiful wildflowers that seemed to wave at her when the wind blew through them. Her silver hair danced around her as she put her back to the wind. She lifted her child like face to the sun and smiled widely about what a wonderful day it had been so far. She got to get some yummy bread from the baker in town and played a game of hopscotch with the other children. Though, a curious thought came to her mind about what happened in the town that was over the mountains from theirs. Apparently there was talk of a slaughter that happened in an orphanage and a dark elf child who had done it. She wanted to know what had happened. There were stories traveling among her friends that it was actually a monster instead of a child. Pushing those thoughts away for another time, Chaos thought about her brother.
She had left when he was challenging another boy to a fight with sticks. Her heart warmed at the thought of her brother being tough and brave to go against all of the village boys. Chaos couldn’t wait until he keeps his promise about teaching her when she reaches the age of seven. Her eyes latched onto the descending sun and started to move back to the village. Her mother wouldn’t be happy about her staying out late at night. Skipping along the way, she couldn’t help but notice how quiet everything was. Her happy mood started to descend when smoke entered the sky. Chaos’s heart started to beat faster as she sped up to the village. Was something wrong or was she imagining things? Did that monster child come to their village? She remembered the stories that the others told her of how the monster had friends with it made from nightmares.
When she reached the edge of the village, she saw that houses were on fire and screams were coming from every direction. People were panicking while there were these men who were using swords and attacking people. She had never seen them before and couldn’t help but back up. She turned and started to sneak into the shadows toward her house while thinking about her mother. When she came to the house, Chaos realized the door was opened….and bloody. Fire licked the roof as if they were best friends and glass was shattered from the windows. Giving a small cry, she darted into the door without a second thought.
“Mom!” she cried out looking from room to room,” Mommy!”
Her voice died in her throat as she stopped in front of a body lying on the ground. Her mother’s body was covered in blood and her dress that Chaos helped make with her was torn and ripped. Chaos’s eyes stared straight into the empty one of her mothers. Hands grabbed Chaos’s shoulders causing her to cry out and try to strike the person behind her.
“Chaos!” came her brother’s voice,” It’s me. We need to get out of here.”
She calmed down but struggled against him when he started to drag her away from their mother’s body. She screamed at him to let her go back to their mom. Her brother simply lifted her off her feet and carried her away into the forest. Her eyes watched the village that they had grown burn and remembered her mother’s empty eyes.
After the attack, her brother left her with her aunt and uncle. Where he had went, Chaos didn’t know. The ones he left her with were cruel and mean as they had no love to give the little girl. The years passed with no sign from her brother. As she reached the age of ten years old, Chaos decided to go look for him…no matter what it takes. Life was tough as she tried to hang on, but she kept her cheerful nature for that was all she had. She soon acquired a taste for candy that became an obsession. During her search for her brother, Chaos heard about an old temple that told of a dragon god. The dragon god was said to be generous to those who were in need and would grant a wish of the persons desire. When she had learned of this, Chaos made her way to the temple hoping that her wish to find her brother would be granted.
Her breaths came out heavy as she climbed all the steps to the temple. Her feet felt heavy as if someone had tied weights to them. She paused at the top of the stairs and looked at the entrance. It looked pitch black inside and had a terrible feeling about it. Chaos couldn’t help but shiver at the terrible feeling of darkness creeping into her. She puffed out her cheeks with determination. This was for her brother and she had to do it. With the thought in mind, Chaos made her feet march right inside. Her red eyes blinked as they tried to adjust to the darkness within. Her heart jumped when she thought she heard something scuttle above her. She soon whirled around when the entranced was blocked and any light that streamed through was gone. Laughter surrounded her and it sounded like nails being scratched against a hard surface. She felt fear slice through her when she heard a voice.
“My…,” came the voice that surrounded her,” It seems a little mouse has crawled into a place where she shouldn’t be.”
Chaos trembled but tried hard to speak,” I-I-I n-need to s-speak to the d-d-dragon.”
Laughter once more rang through the area as it responded,” And tell me girl, what do you want with the dragon?”
Chaos couldn’t help but feel defiance run through her as she responded hotly,” Nothing to do with you that’s for sure!”
A snarl sounded and a whip of air passed her as green-yellow eyes soon shown through the darkness. They looked dead straight at her as she froze in shock. It soon said,” Your tone better change quick or I will rip you apart piece by piece. A child like you doesn’t know what a being like I could do. For I am the dragon you seek yet could hardly understand anything that I am.”
Chaos stared wide eyed at the dragons eyes as they looked into hers. Any defiance she felt earlier was wiped cleaned. She opened her mouth to say meekly,” I-I wanted to make a wish.”
The eyes regarded her coolly as they noted the interesting color that they are. The dragon soon asked,” And what I this wish?”
“To find my brother,” came an automatic response.
“Would you do anything…for your brother?” the voice of the dragon asked.
She hesitated then nodded.
The dragons eyes narrowed on her and responded,” Then you will grant me access into your body. I will help you along your adventure to search for your brother. Do not be fooled, however, if you think this will be all that I ask of you.”
Chaos lit up at the thought of being able to find her brother. A smile came on her face as she responded cheerfully,” I understand.” Laughter soon was heard and Chaos felt that perhaps she probably gotten herself into a terrible situation.
Soon, she felt something enter into her as if ripping her mind apart in order to fit in. A gasp came out as she felt pain and then nothing. In her mind a voice whispered, my name is Doragon.
She soon met an undead by the name of Ganz after she made the contract with Doragon. He was soon considered a father to her. Her travels brought her to many places causing her to meet and befriend many….even the rude Dark. When reaching the land of Soersk, Chaos had experienced many different situations. Including her being changed into a type of vampire, which messed her mind a bit. However, Dark soon took her into hiding in order to help with her problem. Chaos didn’t want to remember what had happened while they hid; for she had attacked Dark many times because of her problem getting worse. They soon found a solution and afterwards a problem, not that Chaos thought it was a problem. A link was made between the two that made the other know the feelings if they are heightened. Chaos soon separated from Dark to go on her own mission.
